New York Film Academy alumni, Jeff Solano, producer of horror flick ‘Dog’ is coming this Friday to a Michigan Theatre. Solano has worked on 17 productions, including “Semi-Pro,” “I Am Legend” and “American Gangster.” Splits time between Stockbridge and New York City.
“Dog” will have its premiere Friday, more than a year after filming wrapped in and around Jackson. There will be screenings at 7 and 9 p.m. The late show will be followed by a question-and-answer session with the filmmakers and an after-party at Daryl’s Downtown.
“Dog” was written by Jackson resident James Korloch. He described it as falling somewhere between “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre” and “Beauty and the Beast.”
“It’s got drama, it’s got humor, it’s got scares, it’s got nudity,” Korloch said. “It’s got everything a person could want.” …full story.
