Create Work that Matters at our Film School
July 21st, 2009 Posted in Film School, NewsMost film schools teach you a great deal about the filmmaking process, but what do you have to show for it other then a degree or certificate? Our film students create films - in fact, students create more films here then at any other film school. And when those students graduate from the New York Film Academy, they leave with the expierenfce they need to produce more work and a reel of work that they use to land jobs.
At the conclusion of our one and two year programs, a screening of the students’ final projects is held, providing a unique opportunity for family and friends to see the work students have produced. Students retain the digital master tapes of their work to include in their portfolios and a certificate or degree.
